A recent graduate of Laval University’s master’s program in occupational therapy, Anne-Frédérique helps people achieve their goals by taking a human, collaborative approach centered on each individual’s needs. Throughout her training and early professional experiences, she has developed expertise working with a diverse clientele, particularly in mental health, vocational rehabilitation, pediatrics, and with individuals living with functional limitations resulting from an injury, accident, or health condition.
She is particularly interested in how physical, cognitive, and emotional factors influence daily functioning and how occupational interventions can promote health, recovery, and quality of life. She also has a special interest in pediatrics, particularly in working with children who have delays in fine motor development or coordination difficulties.
Known for her energy, creativity, and exceptional ability to listen, Anne-Frédérique prioritizes a personalized approach that takes into account each person’s unique circumstances, strengths, and goals. She places great importance on building trust and working collaboratively with the people she supports, as well as their loved ones.
Passionate about music, reading, and the outdoors, she draws from these interests a curiosity and energy that she naturally brings to her work. Committed to providing high-quality services, she continually expands her knowledge to offer thorough, compassionate support tailored to each individual’s needs.
